With a daily output of 200,000 square meters of cardboard, branching out into flexible packaging! Haibo Rui is going all out to hit an annual output value of 80 million yuan.
On June 23, the machines roared in the production workshop of Haibo Rui Smart Packaging Co., Ltd., with automated production lines running at high speed. Workers were busy at their posts, working hard to push toward meeting both halves of the year's production and business targets.
On the company's fully automated corrugated cardboard production line, which is over 140 meters long, rolls of raw paper are orderly fed onto the line. After a series of processes like gluing, drying, and cutting, neatly finished cardboard boards are continuously produced.
At the workshop control computers, customer orders from places like Yurong Packaging, Haohua Packaging, and Jiachuansheng Packaging fill the screen, with production orders sufficient and sales momentum strong.
"At present, the workshop's production capacity is steadily increasing, with an average daily cardboard output reaching 200,000 square meters," said Zhang Long, the workshop manager. Sufficient production capacity provides a solid guarantee for delivering orders to markets across the country.
The finished goods area of the workshop is equally busy. Workers skillfully pack and organize the finished cardboard, quickly moving it to the shipping area. Two cargo trucks are fully loaded and ready to go, and the pace of loading and shipping is tight, efficient, and orderly.
"The order volume has been steadily rising recently, and we're working nonstop; we can barely keep up with stacking the goods," said one of the on-site workers.
It is understood that the company is not only focusing on traditional cardboard production. The second phase of its soft packaging production line has been successfully put into operation, filling the gap in the company's full-chain packaging production.
Stepping into the flexible packaging production workshop, you'll see smart production equipment like the 9-color gravure printing machine, dry laminating machine, and solvent-free laminating machine neatly arranged and running smoothly, with all kinds of finely processed food packaging bags displayed in an orderly manner. The company's packaging products not only support local businesses like Pingchang Ben Di Chuan Huo Lang and Jiang Shijia, but also widely serve specialty agricultural and food products from other regions, such as Changchi Rice and Lanmei Foods, with their market reach continuing to expand.
Relying on the coordinated effort of both old and new production lines, the company's output in the first half of the year has already exceeded 30 million yuan. The launch of the second-phase flexible packaging production line will enable integrated, one-stop production for both internal and external packaging, effectively filling gaps in the industry chain and greatly enhancing core competitiveness," said the company's person in charge, Wang Jian. Next, the company plans to keep production running at full capacity, steadily improve production quality and efficiency, and go all out to hit an annual output target of 80 million yuan.
