This talent recruitment aims to implement the "Dongguan '8-8-4' Industrial System Upgrade Action Plan," by establishing a pre-emptive talent attraction portal, consolidating the talent pipeline foundation of Dongguan's printing industry, and comprehensively promoting the high-quality transformation of the printing industry toward digitalization and intelligence, taking concrete actions to respond to the 'Million Talents Gather in Southern Guangdong' initiative.

This job fair precisely focuses on the distinctive academic advantages of Hunan University of Technology in the field of packaging and printing. The school has abundant resources of fresh graduates majoring in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Design, Materials Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, and other fields, which highly align with the positions urgently needed by Dongguan printing enterprises in technical R&D, intelligent design, production management, and digital operations.

This spring recruitment plans to hire 20 people, with positions covering sales, engineering and technical roles, and general and executive positions. The work locations include Dongguan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Anyang, Qingdao, and the Vietnam factory. In this talent competition, Dongguan Wharton Printing Co., Ltd. was particularly eye-catching, mainly recruiting talents in R&D, production, and quality management.
