Fiery Announces Agreement to Acquire Inèdit Software
On November 12, 2025, Fiery, a leading innovator in digital front-end (DFE) and workflow software for the printing industry, announced that it had reached an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire full ownership of professional printing technology company Inèdit Software. As a widely used leader in the field of digital textile printing, Inèdit's products and technologies will complement Fiery's industry-leading professional printing software portfolio, providing comprehensive solutions for printing companies worldwide.

Through the acquisition of Inèdit, Fiery will expand its product portfolio to offer comprehensive software solutions for the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Inèdit's highly regarded software products, such as neoStampa and neoTextil, will complement Fiery's Digital Factory solution lineup, jointly serving a wide range of printing applications including fashion apparel, home décor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing.
