Teng's new packaging headquarters smart manufacturing center has been connected to water, and the 350 million yuan project is nearing trial production.
On October 19th, the Tengwei New Packaging Headquarters Intelligent Manufacturing Center in Tanbu Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, got its water supply connected. With the project nearing completion inspection and trial production, getting this key utility in place clears a practical hurdle for future operations.

Pipe Network Connection Completed in Two Days
According to the Guangzhou Daily, the project had previously faced water supply issues. When the Huadu District Industrial Project Service Center spotted the problem during routine checks, they coordinated the handover of the newly built road pipeline network and worked with Tanbu Town and Huadu Water Company to push forward the connection plan.
The construction area overlaps with an oil pipeline protection zone, so excavation required completing safety agreements, deposit payments, and approval procedures. Relevant authorities communicated with the company on-site multiple times to clarify the construction schedule. After coordination among all parties, the pipe connection was finished in just two days, ensuring the park has regular water supply.

Total Investment of 350 Million Yuan, About to Enter Trial Production
The Tengwei New Packaging Headquarters Intelligent Manufacturing Center is located in Tanbu Town, Huadu District, with a total investment of 350 million yuan. According to public reports, once completed and at full production, the project is expected to create around 1,200 jobs and generate an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. These are projected figures, not the current output or employment levels.
The project contractor, Guangdong Hongda Industry & Trade Group, previously revealed that the center will include two factory buildings, dormitories, and an office building, focusing on production related to new packaging and the supply chain. According to construction land planning permits publicly available from the Guangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, the project developer is Guangdong Tengwei Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., and the site is located north of Tanfan Highway.
