A packaging project in Renhuai, Guizhou is about to start production, manufacturing premium boxes, card boxes, and handbags.
Since the beginning of this year, Renhuai City in Guizhou has focused on improving the quality and upgrading the liquor industry, making every effort to promote the construction of key industries and supporting projects. At present, a batch of newly built projects is speeding up completion and gradually starting production, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
Entering the Renhuai Economic Development Zone, the Bisheng Intelligent Paper Alcohol Box Production Project has been completed and has entered the commissioning stage. The brand-new production workshop is spacious and bright, with advanced intelligent packaging equipment neatly arranged. Skilled workers collaborate and carry out the installation, commissioning, and trial operation preparations in an orderly manner.
"The first batch of 18 pieces of equipment has already been brought into the factory, and all will be commissioned by the end of May; at that time, the second batch of equipment will be brought in gradually and all will be commissioned by mid-June for normal production," said Jing Aifang, Deputy General Manager of the Packaging Production Department of Renhuai Bisheng Packaging Co., Ltd.
It is reported that the project started construction in June 2023 and successfully completed the main construction and inspection in July 2025. Currently, the newly introduced intelligent packaging production line by the company has gradually entered the site for commissioning and testing. Once put into production, it can meet the high-end customized and intelligent production needs of the Baijiu industry, further addressing the packaging support gaps in the Renhuai Baijiu industrial chain.
"After the company starts production, the daily output capacity for premium boxes can reach 100,000 units, for tote bags 50,000 units, and for card boxes 150,000 units. Going forward, we will continue to optimize the production process and improve production efficiency, providing strong support for the upgrading of Renhuai Baijiu industry packaging," said Fang Bin, Assistant General Manager of Renhuai Baisheng Packaging Co., Ltd.
At present, Renhuai City has a total of 31 Baijiu industry construction projects, covering various fields including liquor brewing, packaging, storage, and supporting industries. With projects such as Jundian Liquor and Baisheng Packaging gradually being completed and put into operation, the Renhuai Baijiu industrial chain will become more complete, the cluster effect will continue to emerge, and the Renhuai Baijiu industry will move toward a new stage of high-quality development.
