M3300 New Generation Multi-Function Flatbed and Roll-to-Roll Printer

The M3300 is equipped with nine Epson T3200 print heads, one of which is dual-color, with a maximum configuration of four rows and six colors. In outdoor mode, it can achieve a maximum output efficiency of 110 m²/h, while in indoor mode, it can achieve a printing output of 85 m²/h. It can also achieve ultra-high-resolution printing quality of 1200dpi × 1200dpi. It has excellent color performance, especially in naturally rendering facial detail transitions, and the sharpness of small text is clearer. Additionally, the device supports both flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printing, allowing it to print flexible materials such as scrim cloth, soft film, 3P cloth, as well as rigid materials like KT board, PVC board, and acrylic board, making its applications extremely versatile. Manager Zhang also provided a detailed introduction to the device's outstanding performance: 'The high-precision metal grating scale coupled with a linear motor ensures high-speed and stable output of the print heads, maximizing the advantages and value of the print heads while delivering industrial-grade quality.'

Most flatbed-roll printers currently on the market use mesh belts, which can cause mesh patterns, especially when printing on soft films. "The M3300 uses imported rubber guide belts, ensuring precise stepping without deviation and a print without belt mesh patterns," Manager Zhang added, highlighting the core technical advantages of the device. From the very first day of the exhibition, this equipment became a gathering point for many visitors, which already indicates its popularity and strong competitiveness in the market.

M2000 New Flatbed-Roll Printer

The M2000 is a flatbed-roll printer with a maximum printing width of 2 meters. Its highest configuration is three rows of CMYK plus white. Manager Zhang revealed to reporters that this device is mainly positioned as a small rewinding machine, primarily for printing car stickers, ultra-clear films, and various rolls and flat materials. It has a significant advantage in printing with CMYW and gloss finishes, and the 2-meter steel frame is very suitable for small stores, helping to save space.

M2000 All-in-One New Board Rolling Machine

This device is equipped with four Epson T3200 print heads, achieving a maximum printing capacity of 55m²/h. The platform uses constant pressure control technology to ensure stable material adhesion. This time, Yili Ruinos showcased multiple new products at the exhibition. Deputy General Manager Gan Zhenghua spoke to reporters: "The XJ3200 roll-to-roll machine and the 2153 flatbed printer both use Epson T3200 industrial-grade printheads, and they received a lot of surprising feedback as soon as they were unveiled." XJ3200 Roll-to-Roll Printer (3.2m Belt Machine)

The XJ3200 roll-to-roll printer is equipped with 7 Epson T3200 printheads. Since its printing media include lightbox fabric, soft film, and super-transparent backlit materials, a dual-color printing solution with one printhead can meet this requirement. Mr. Gan emphasized, "Compared to other similar equipment, at the same printing precision, the Epson T3200 printhead improves accuracy and efficiency by 50%, and can easily complete backlit printing in 6-pass mode, with a printing efficiency of 45–60 m²/h. When printing non-backlit materials such as flannel or PVC banner fabric, the efficiency reaches 50–75 m²/h."



As the output value of advertising lightboxes has declined recently, to expand the range of product applications, the XJ3200 roll-to-roll printer has included a white printhead in its functional design, enabling the company to handle CMYK+White+CMYK printing at the same time. In the CMYK+White+CMYK mode, the two middle color printheads can be turned off, and printing is completed with the 5 T3200 printheads. Alternatively, the first and second row or second and third row modes can be used for White+Color or Color+White printing. "The machine can handle two rolls of 152 cm super-transparent material. Compared to narrower machines, production capacity can increase by 30%, with an efficiency up to 22 m²/h," Mr. Gan noted. "In addition, the most notable feature is high efficiency, which is very friendly for e-commerce services, meeting the needs of personalized customization while maintaining short turnaround times, showcasing one of the most obvious advantages of Epson T3200 industrial printheads."



2513/3220 Flatbed Printer

Speaking about the advantages of the 2513/3220 flatbed printer, Mr. Gan enthusiastically explained, "This 3.2m device is equipped with 8 Epson T3200 printheads, mainly for producing higher-precision, craft-grade products." Epson's unique VSDT (Variable-Sized Droplet Technology) allows precise control over droplet size, reducing graininess in images, presenting more details, smoother color transitions, and higher saturation.



The device offers two modes to meet different production requirements: Production Mode and Precision Mode, with speeds reaching 60–90 m²/h, making it one of the high-efficiency, high-output models in the industry. "The efficiency of this flatbed printer greatly reduces production costs and is highly favored by advertisers," Mr. Gan affirmed, giving high praise to Epson for enhancing the equipment's capabilities.
