At present, the market, technology and standards of gravure VOCs are constantly changing. Especially for the choice of treatment process, unorganized control and whether the waste heat is used for production, there are still many differences in the market, and the industry consensus has not yet been reached. This paper has compiled the current mainstream treatment technology of gravure exhaust gas and some related views, including the gravure air volume, concentration, ink amount, safety, compliance, heat, drying, printing machine design, etc. The purpose is to share and share with you from the technical level. If there is anything wrong, please correct me.
At present, the mainstream gravure exhaust gas treatment technology is solvent recovery and reuse, process process wind reduction (unit or whole machine) + RTO + (waste heat), end wheel wind reduction (purification, concentration) + RTO + (waste heat).
Solvent recycling
(1) Applicable to enterprises that discharge solvents close to or greater than 1,000 tons per year.
(2) Applicable to ink systems with a simple solvent type, such as a single solvent or a single solvent.
(3) Considering safety, the factory requires sufficient space for recycling, purification, fractionation, storage, etc.
(4) The air volume of the low-concentration exhaust gas is too large, and it is not suitable to directly enter the activated carbon for recovery. It is necessary to purify the outer row by the rotary wheel and concentrate the portion for recovery.
(5) If the exhaust gas does not reach the standard after the solvent is recovered and treated, the runner can also be used for secondary purification treatment.
(6) The recovered solvent can be sprayed as a fuel to the RTO for combustion, and its heat is recycled.
(7) Recycling of recycled solvent will affect the quality of the solvent, and the technical requirements for purification and fractionation of the supplier are high.
(8) The recycling and purification areas belong to Class A, and their configuration and safety management requirements for enterprises are very high.
(9) The pre-2015 gravure exhaust gas treatment is basically a recovery solvent, and most of them are still in use at present. The energy consumption of the recovered solvent is about 20% of the energy consumption of the newly purchased solvent. Recycling is more environmentally friendly (no carbon emissions), more economical (the solvent is not used properly, the factory does not need new solvent and there is excess recycling solvent to sell), although the investment is huge, large enterprises still have new The project does not rule out the development of waste gas treatment in more packaging enterprises with the development of policies and technologies.
Process process wind reduction (unit or machine) + RTO + (waste heat)
(1) It is the most mainstream governance technology in the market and is suitable for most enterprises.
(2) For general plants, due to the popularity of solvent-free technology, the amount of dry composite products is greatly reduced, and the richer exhaust gas generated by a small amount of dry composite process can directly enter the RTO.
