Whose technology makes counterfeit liquor more desperate?
Last week, I shared an article titled "Are Baijiu Labels Hiding Secrets? These 5 Anti-Counterfeit Techniques Make Fake Liquor Nowhere to Hide!", which helped everyone understand the commonly used anti-counterfeit technologies on liquor labels at a theoretical level. So, when it comes to actual cases, how are these anti-counterfeit techniques combined and utilized?
In this article, I will take Yanghe, Fenjiu, and Jiannanchun as examples to talk with you about the combinations of anti-counterfeit features on liquor labels.

Yanghe Ultra-Line Clear Bottle Label Anti-Counterfeit
This label is printed on laser material, using disposable holographic material with a peel-and-leave structure. The bottom layer on the left side not only has a holographic effect but also features a cat's eye effect and micro-lettering, while the right side has a burned-white treatment for easy QR code scanning. The top film combines digital printing and screen printing processes for precise placement printing.




(1) Material Usage: The bottle label uses laser holographic disposable material, with the cat's eye positioned at the middle left LOGO. After peeling off, the holographic content remains on the base, and the information printed on the film is removed.
(2) Microtext: There are two instances of micro letters and words "YANGHE", "YH", and "洋河" on the left half of the bottle label. The holographic effect is very prominent, presenting different appearances at various angles, with rich color changes.
(3) Scratch-off Coating: Beneath the silkscreen printed coating are random numbers for verifying authenticity, which, when used with a QR code, can be verified on the platform.
(4) QR Code Technology: Both the bottle label and cap label have random QR codes, one for verifying authenticity and the other for participating in promotional activities.

Fenjiu Bottle Label Anti-Counterfeiting
This is the label for Fen 20, which uses a combination of flexographic printing, positioning stamping, digital printing, peel-off base, and varnishing. Although the bottle label is very small, it incorporates a relatively rich array of anti-counterfeiting technologies.







(1) Design anti-counterfeiting: The graphic part of the wine label uses anti-counterfeiting software to design the content of the shading and group flowers, especially the design of the bottom net double shading, which makes it difficult for the bottom net and the lower shading to be copied, and a lot of information is hidden between the square inches.
(2) Ink anti-counterfeiting: The red part of the surface label is made of red fluorescent ink, the upper pinyin letters are made of colorless fluorescent butter ink, and the 2 red numbers in the bottom 6 digits also have ultraviolet red fluorescence.
(3) Positioning and ironing transparent cat's eye: The position of the upper LOGO "Fen" on the surface layer adopts positioning and ironing transparent cat's eye technology, which uses cold ironing process to have a good anti-counterfeiting and decorative effect.
(4) Unveiling and leaving the bottom technology: It is an anti-counterfeiting technology based on material properties and structural design, when the label is removed, the surface layer and the bottom layer are separated, and the bottom layer information is displayed. This technique is physically destructive and irreversible. The bottom retention technology makes the information carried by the label richer.
(5) QR code technology: WeChat scans the QR code of the tag, jumps to the Fenjiu authenticity query platform, and gives query information and authenticity judgment.
(6) Color random digital technology: The 6-digit number on the underlying mark is randomly generated according to specific coding rules, and the authenticity can be verified on the Fenjiu Mini Program query platform, and the 6-digit number and the color of the number can be compared to verify the authenticity.
(7) NFC technology for bottle caps: RF tags are embedded in bottle caps and support NFC reading function, allowing consumers to easily check the authenticity of products through their mobile phones.
(8) Bottle cap laser code technology: The Fenjiu Mini Program query platform supports entering the last five digits of the laser code on the bottle cap for authenticity query.

Jiannanchun wine label anti-counterfeiting
Jiannanchun wine label adopts a combination of letterpress printing, digital printing, color sequins, coating varnishing and flower knife die-cutting. It is both decent and has no shortage of highlights.






(1) Anti-counterfeiting design: The graphic and text parts of the wine label use anti-counterfeiting software to design background patterns and rosettes, presenting continuous lines, and employ special color printing.
(2) Tamper-evident technology: Die-cutting is used, so the label breaks and is destroyed when lifted, making it unusable a second time.
(3) QR code technology: Scanning the anti-counterfeiting label QR code with WeChat allows you to check the product batch, production date, and distributor information. Compare the scan results with the physical product to verify whether the text and patterns on the actual label match.
(4) Color flake technology: The anti-counterfeiting label has colored flakes that can be felt by touch and removed. Colored flakes should be applied through precision coating. Physical features such as different positions, quantities, and colors are linked, and the authenticity is judged on the query platform based on the match between the physical label and archived flake color and position.
(5) Thermochromic ink: The red vertical line on the right side of the label is printed with thermochromic ink, which fades when heated and reversibly reappears when cooled.
(6) Holographic technology: The holographic mark on the bottom of the wine box clearly shows the characters "剑" (Jian), "南" (Nan), and "春" (Chun) from different angles and displays various holographic effects.
