Domestic flexible packaging enterprises should constantly adapt to changes in the market environment, fight prices, fight quality, and fight services, and focus more on all levels, than cost management, energy conservation, internal tapping, talent, logistics (finance, raw materials). For example, before the printing on the machine, it is necessary to carefully proof the paper to prevent the quality loss caused by the printing color difference not meeting the order requirements. Concentrate on the production of printing, dry and other processes as much as possible to save fuel costs.


3. Strengthen technical training and continuously improve the technical quality of personnel.


4. Strengthen quota management, reduce raw material and energy consumption, promote timely procurement, and reduce production reserves and capital occupation. For example, in the printing, dry and other processes, according to the order and process loss, carefully calculate the amount of ink, adhesive and solvent. The amount of pellets required and the like are calculated during the extrusion compounding process.


5. Optimize professional management and improve the professional management assurance system of process, quality, equipment, planning, finance, safety, etc., so that they can coordinate and maximize their functions.


6. Strengthen process control, implement standardized management, and strictly implement product technical standards and quality management standards. In particular, the implementation of process technology standards, such as the peel strength of extruded composite products, the chromaticity deviation of printed products, the thickness of aluminized film, etc., must be "ex ante control". Because the quality of flexible packaging products is irreparable, once quality problems occur and cannot be reworked, they can only be scrapped.


7. Strengthen traceability management, so that people flow and logistics are orderly, and information flow is timely and accurate. Once a customer complaint occurs, the product information can be traced back to the raw material batch, production time, shift, operator, and so on.


8. Keep the site clean, clean and orderly to ensure safe and civilized production. The practice of countless enterprises shows that the solid promotion of “5S” is the “basic merit” for enterprises to implement on-site management and achieve continuous improvement.
