Fault analysis: the lines on the printed matter, commonly known as “inking”, are filamentous at the beginning, gradually become band-shaped, and gradually shrink into microfilaments, disappearing from the layout, without obvious starting and ending lines. As the blade moves, it oscillates left and right, and the length is generally within 2m. It is intermittent and appears only a few meters or hundreds of meters apart. In general, a layout with a distinct longitudinal patch is likely to occur near a blank portion within 1-50 px of the pattern.

The specific reason: Since the wear part of the scraper is mainly concentrated on the dot part, so that the scraped scraper part swings to the blank part under the stringing action of the scraper, the weak part which scrapes the ink in the blank part is formed, and the scraper cannot be tightly here. The combination with the layout creates conditions for the passage of the ink body to form fine lines. However, when the ink fluid passes, there is a raised hydraulic pressure on the scraper, and a strip line is formed at this time, and a thin line is formed when the scraper rebounds.

Solution: As can be seen from the above, the main reason is that the scraper does not scrape the ink clean. The main reason for this phenomenon is the uneven wear of the scraper, so it is mainly handled in three aspects:

1. When the viscosity and solubility of the ink are adjusted correctly, use the fine sand (800#) to wipe the layout of the thick line, so that the scraper can easily scrape the ink, which can alleviate the frequency of occurrence.

2. For the new or de-plated version, consider whether there are burrs on the edge of the layout dot, resulting in excessive and excessive wear of the blade, and checking the plate with a magnifying glass.

3, tool change and plate change is the most direct solution.
