There are many materials in printing enterprises that are flammable, such as alcohol, gasoline, thin water (banana water), paper, etc., which are key fire prevention units, but there are common safety hazards such as pulling ground and zeroing chaos in power consumption.
Through the understanding of a number of printing plants, it was found that in the printing industry, in order to eliminate static electricity, some metal casings of laminating machines, folding machines, printing machines, sharpening machines and the like are separately grounded. In the three-phase three-wire system, the neutral line is not directly grounded, and the outer casing of the electrical equipment is reliably connected with the grounding pole, which is called protective grounding. In the three-phase four-wire system, the neutral line is directly grounded, and the outer casing of the electrical equipment is reliably connected with the neutral line. Said to protect the zero (also known as the protection of the center line). Since the insulation material of the equipment will age for a long time, when the temperature is too high or exceeds the allowable value, if the voltage is too high, the insulating material may be broken, resulting in leakage.
In order to use electricity safely, different grids should use the two different protection measures mentioned above. At present, printing companies generally use three-phase four-wire power supply. However, in actual work, due to poor safety awareness, negligent work, or in order to save trouble, electrical appliances such as motors in 220V power supply lines are not neutral. The wire is connected, and the motor casing is connected to the machine casing, which actually forms a three-phase three-wire system, that is, a protective ground. Since there is both protection grounding and protection to zero, when the equipment is in contact with one shell, it will not only cause more electric shock accidents, but also cause fire. In order to eliminate hidden dangers, it is necessary for the printing enterprise to adopt uniform protection and zero connection, and to repeat the grounding of the neutral line, and to ensure that its resistance is less than 4Ω. Regularly check the neutral line to prevent disconnection. The electrical management personnel are required to be certified to work, increase their sense of responsibility, and standardize operations. Only in this way can we eliminate hidden dangers and use electricity safely.
