1. Before using the new and old frames, you must determine whether they are flat or not. Because the frame is not flat, the mesh fastness will be seriously affected. At the same time, the frame must be evenly and fully polished before use.
2. The new frame must be washed away with oil. The old frame should be removed from the original glue and must be cleaned and used.
3. Preferably, the adhesive mesh is used at a temperature of ≥25°C, the humidity is between 50% and 70%, the temperature is low, the drying time is extended accordingly, and the low drying time is shortened accordingly; when the humidity is >70%, the drying time should be extended accordingly. If necessary, apply infrared light to dry and mix with the fan to dry.
4. Special attention should be paid to the quenching weather. Because the moisture in the air condenses on the surface of the frame, although the humidity is not high at this time, it should be dried after drying the frame or drying it in the sun.
5. In the rainy days or springs, because the air is relatively humid, in addition to the normal processing of the net frame, special attention should be paid to the drying of the net frame before the bottom glue can be applied. When the mesh is glued, the dehumidifying device should be prepared or the infrared lamp should be used together with the fan to dry.
6. The oven temperature is preferably 40 to 45 ° C. When the temperature exceeds 50 ° C, the adhesive mesh begins to soften and is easy to fall off the net.
It is important to note that many of our peers like to use cheap all-purpose glue as a glue. Please use it with caution. Compared with the adhesive mesh adhesive, the universal adhesive stretch net has the following disadvantages: 1 the surface viscosity is large, and it is not easy to seep the net; 2 the drying time is long, the work efficiency is low; 3 the film is soft, the initial tackiness and the final stretch net strength are not high; Poor brushability, easy drawing; 5 pairs of mesh frame adhesion is poor; 6 rainy days and wet days off the net. These are all taboos of the adhesive mesh, so it is better to not use it.
7. After using the universal adhesive mesh, it is not easy to tear off the old net and then stretch the net. The residual adhesive on the frame is uneven, which will affect the next stretch.
