The imaging of the CTP device on the CTP plate is similar to the imaging of the laser imagesetter we use on a regular basis. The CTP version it uses is a negative CTP version. Just like the photographic film produced by the laser imagesetter, the magnitude of the light power directly affects the quality of the CTP version of the image. Especially after the linear determination of the CTP device routing curve, because the CTP device completely reproduces the dot on the CTP plate according to the set curve, it is difficult to visually discriminate whether the image on the CTP plate is sufficient. Therefore, if the intensity of the light value of the CTP device is not enough at this time, it is more likely to cause illusion. Under the CTP plate made under such conditions, the image intensity formed by the graphic part is not enough, and the printing on the machine is easy to cause the falling off, which makes the work passive.


The CTP plate produced by the CTP device, whether the quality of the imaged part after imaging is in compliance with the standard, is difficult to detect with a simple instrument. In other words, only by choosing the correct light intensity can avoid this phenomenon. So how can we not have the problem of insufficient sensitivity of the CTP plate caused by low laser power and insufficient light intensity? Now we will introduce our approach to everyone for discussion and exchange.


First set a test flat net with a dot value of 50%, and fully expose the CTP version. If the value of the flat net on the CTP version is 62%, the laser light value at this time is appropriate, if less than 62. %, adjust the laser power (increase) until the flat screen value on the CTP version is 62%. After the light value is determined, the adjustment of the linear method is used to correct 62% of the network points - still ? - to 50%. Thus, the light value and linearity of the CTP device are basically satisfactory.


Under normal circumstances, the initial optimal technical value of the CTP equipment is the operation of the after-sales service personnel of the machine. As a general plate-making technician, in the ordinary routine maintenance work, especially in the initial use stage of the new machine to the factory, because the technical indicators and characteristics of the machine itself are not perfect and comprehensive, this work should still be Completed under the guidance and cooperation of the after-sales service technician of the machine.
