At present, packaging and printing enterprises generally adopt offline two-dimensional code printing platform, but this technology has the disadvantages of slow production speed, many production processes and low efficiency. Through technology research and development, we realized gravure online QR code printing, and adopted a database-centered two-dimensional code data management system to integrate gravure printing, two-dimensional code printing and inspection into a unified system, and successfully realized gravure printing. System composition
The whole set of gravure online QR code printing system consists of data center, variable two-dimensional code assigning device, two-dimensional code online printing device and online detecting device.
1. Data center

2. Variable two-dimensional code assigning device

4. Online detection device
The two-dimensional code online detecting device comprises a camera, a detecting encoder, a color mark sensor, a detecting industrial PLC, a first PC, a network switch, a second PC and a chip removing machine. Wherein, the detection encoder, the color code sensor, the first PC machine and the chip removing machine are all connected with the inspection industrial control PLC, and the camera, the detection encoder and the color code sensor are all on the guide roller side of the last printing color group of the gravure printing machine. And facing the printing color group, the first PC is connected to the second PC through the network switch, and the second PC is connected to the two-dimensional code online printing device on the gravure printing machine, and the first PC is also connected to the camera. The pick-up machine is used to reject unqualified prints on the gravure-receiving unit. The device is also used in a high-speed rotary gravure printing machine, which can realize the on-line synchronous detection function of the two-dimensional code of the conventional high-speed rotary gravure printing machine, and automatically rejects the products whose two-dimensional code is unqualified.
System functions

The source code has two ways: client acquisition and system automatic generation.

2. Code division function

3. Convenient hygiene
