Fault 1: Start PSPNT 2.1, 5055A laser imagesetter does not respond
Before starting the microcomputer normally, first turn on the 5055A laser imagesetter. After the microcomputer starts, the screen prompts "SCSl ID: 6 SCREEN FT-R5055A-DeviceConnected, But Not Ready". If this is not the case, check if the cable of the laser imagesetter is disconnected, and the SCSI card and driver are normal. During the inspection, it was found that the cable between the SCSI card and the laser imagesetter was disconnected, and the fault was eliminated after the cable was connected.
In the same situation, the laser imagesetter is controlled by PSPNT 2.0 software. After the PSPNT 2.0 is running, the imagesetter is loaded, running and synchronized normally, but there is no guiding signal. The inspection found that the cable of the photo machine was broken, and the fault was eliminated after replacing a new line.
On another occasion, after PSPNT 2.0 was running, the laser imagesetter did not respond. The inspection line was no problem. The software was not reinstalled. It was judged that the interface card of the device configuration was damaged. After replacing the new card, the laser imagesetter returned to normal operation.
Fault 2: CBTX-11 laser phototypesetting machine has a slight moiré on the output film after switching to PSPNT2.0
After checking and excluding the cause of the laser imagesetter, reset the parameters, dot type (S): round; number of hanging network lines (F): 100; gray level of hanging net (H): 256; picture quality (Q) : High; User-defined network parameters: Not allowed; and select "Do not use Founder Precision Screening (P)", "Generate more network level (L)", the fault is excluded.
In the use of Founder Feiteng software, if there is frequent crashes, you should focus on the computer motherboard driver, network card, graphics card, network equipment, and replace the operating system if necessary. When there is a problem with the PSPNT routing, it is necessary to promptly eliminate the software dongle, network card, device interface card, cable, and PSPNT routing software according to the fault phenomenon.
Fault 3: In the PSPNT 2.1 software distribution, it is not fully compatible with the complement file of Nuwa's complement software (NW).
In the output sample, the font and the complement font are correct, but the font size becomes smaller. After the Founder Nursing Library update program is converted into the new NW file, the title word is correct, but less than the small number five. The word is still getting smaller. Later, use \Pspnt20\bin\Bzfont.ini to configure the settings file, copy it to the Pspnt21\bin directory, and output the complements. It is fully compatible with the NW complement and New NW complement software.
