With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the completion and trial production launch ceremony of Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Base was successfully held
On September 17th, the Changzhou Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials Intelligent Manufacturing Base with a total investment of 500 million yuan was put into trial production, striving to create a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing of flexible packaging for drugs in the Yangtze River Delta.
Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging was established in 2002 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of direct contact pharmaceutical packaging materials. After more than 20 years of development, the company has 63 valid patents, including 13 invention patents, and holds 13 drug packaging material registration numbers approved by the National Medical Products Administration. Its products include pharmaceutical aluminum foil, composite film, stamping materials and other drug flexible packaging series. It has established cooperative relationships with more than 300 well-known pharmaceutical enterprises such as Huarun Sanjiu Pharmaceutical, Dongyangguang Pharmaceutical, Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical, Fosun Pharmaceutical, and Beijing Tongrentang. In September 2020, the company reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangdong Dongfeng New Materials Group Co., Ltd., a A-share listed company, and became a subsidiary of Dongfeng Group.
The intelligent manufacturing base put into use this time has a 52000 square meter intelligent workshop and comprehensive research and development building, including a 16000 square meter high barrier pharmaceutical packaging intelligent manufacturing purification workshop (C-level+D-level). After reaching production capacity, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 32700 tons of pharmaceutical packaging materials and functional films, further enhancing Huajian's production capacity and technological level in the field of high-end pharmaceutical packaging materials, injecting new momentum into the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Wujin and Changzhou.
In the future, Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging will take the intelligent manufacturing base as the core pivot, continue to deepen its cultivation in the field of high barrier pharmaceutical packaging, actively participate in the formulation of ISO international pharmaceutical packaging standards, and steadily move towards the goal of "consolidating industry leadership and empowering global pharmaceutical safety".
