Total Investment Of 120 Million! Gaocheng Technology Packaging Materials Project Trial Operation In Jing'an, A First Look At Digital Production

Recently, the packaging materials project with an annual output of 150 million square meters, introduced by Gao Hu Town through Jiangxi Gaocheng Technology Co., Ltd., has officially entered the trial operation phase. This project was upgraded and developed by Nanchang Dongcheng Packaging Co., Ltd., and is currently carrying out equipment debugging at a steady production pace, promoting the gradual release of production capacity.

In the production workshop, nearly 20 intelligent devices operate at high speed. Fully automatic high-speed laminating machines, five-layer corrugated high-speed cardboard lines, and single-wall high-speed cardboard lines are seamlessly connected, forming an initial large-scale modern production chain.

The scene was filled with a bustling and industrious atmosphere: workers beside the equipment focused intently on monitoring operating parameters, forklift drivers shuttled materials with precision, sorters bent down to carefully inspect and quickly discard substandard semi-finished products, and the crisp sound of counters tallying items crate by crate intertwined with the low hum of machines, composing a practical prelude to the production line's operation.

It is reported that the project has a total investment of 120 million yuan and officially began construction in November 2024. It has now entered the critical trial operation phase. All production capacity from the Nanchang base has been successfully transferred here, and efforts are continuously being made to optimize the compatibility of production capacity and equipment, laying a solid foundation for full-scale production in the future.

After the new equipment is put into use, production efficiency will increase by 30%. The Phase II planned digital production line will achieve full automation in cardboard packaging production and color printing, enabling a rapid response to personalized high-end packaging demands in sectors such as food and foreign trade. Once the project reaches full production, it will not only have an annual packaging capacity of 150 million square meters, but also provide a crucial 'packaging empowerment' link for the local industrial chain."

As the trial operation progresses, the project has created multiple new jobs locally, and after systematic training, local employees in Jing'an quickly assumed their positions and adapted smoothly to the production rhythm. As a key part of the company's transition from traditional packaging manufacturing to digital intelligent manufacturing, the project has already demonstrated solid results during the trial operation phase. Once it reaches full production in the future, it will inject strong momentum into the industrial upgrading of Jing'an County.
