The signing ceremony for the Xinbaichuan Paper Project and the launch of the Specialty Paper Industrial Park was held in Xintai, with an expected annual output value exceeding 3 billion yuan.
Recently, a series of launch events for the Tai'an Special Paper Industrial Park were held in Xintai City. The park focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-end specialty paper, with an expected annual output value exceeding 3 billion yuan. Once completed, it will form a full industrial chain ecosystem for Tai'an's specialty paper industry, covering 'research and development - production - application,' and establish an industrial pattern of 'leading enterprises and supporting clusters.' This is intended to attract more upstream and downstream companies, helping Tai'an build a nationally exemplary zone for coordinated development of the publishing and printing industry. Su Xuefeng, Vice Chairman of the Tai'an Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Head of the municipal publishing and printing industry chain, attended the event.

During the event, a total of four key projects were signed, with a total investment of over 2.2 billion yuan, covering areas such as specialty paper production, environmental-friendly pulp research and development, and intelligent printing equipment manufacturing. These projects are expected to create over 2,000 jobs and generate more than 150 million yuan in annual additional tax revenue.
