Shuyuan Stationery expands market through diverse strategies
With the rise of the cultural and creative industries, a number of printing and packaging companies in Longgang have proactively transformed, seizing development opportunities amid the industry's waves. Among them, Zhejiang Shuyuan Stationery Co., Ltd. has achieved steady growth in output value by leveraging its solid foundation in traditional products, diversified track layout, and strong brand strength, continuously breaking through in domestic and international markets.

Walking into Zhejiang Shuyuan's assembly workshop, workers were busy packing a batch of snap bags, which were about to be shipped to Russia. According to Deputy General Manager of Production Ren Jing, PP products, as the company's "flagship products," currently account for 30% of its total exports and are an important support for its export business.
"Our orders this year are very sufficient, and tasks have already been scheduled until May. Now the whole staff is working overtime to speed up production," said Ren Jing.

The fulfillment of orders is inseparable from the company's diversified layout. While consolidating the advantages of traditional stationery products, Shuyuan Stationery actively seeks change, actively expanding into emerging fields such as cards and anime-related products. At the same time, the company is committed to promoting brand upgrades, establishing its own brand 'Jiyan,' and gradually achieving a transformation from 'product manufacturing' to 'brand innovation,' further enhancing its core competitiveness.
"Last year, the company's sales were very impressive and received high recognition from the market. Currently, we have dozens of distributors and agents nationwide. This year, we are expanding the scale, continuously increasing investment in product development, and constantly launching new IDs," Ren Jing explained.
Continuous innovation and strategic layout have brought remarkable performance growth to the company. Reporters learned that the company's production output in 2025 exceeded 60 million yuan, with a year-on-year growth rate of 17.1%. Discussing future development plans, the company expressed full confidence.
"Next, we plan to create the 'Jiyan Life Hall,' layout across multiple sectors simultaneously, focus on online e-commerce sales, and actively participate in major international exhibitions such as the Shanghai Expo, Canton Fair, and Frankfurt Trade Fair to further expand our market presence," Ren Jing stated.
Today, Shuyuan Stationery continuously enriches its product matrix, strengthens the construction of its own brand, and leverages both online e-commerce and international exhibitions to further enhance brand influence, contributing to the high-quality development of the Longgang printing and packaging industry.
