Recently, with a huge large paper roll with a diameter of about 2.4 meters was transported from the production line to the rewinding machine for paper cutting operations, Tranlin Paper's annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of cultural paper production line was successfully tested. This marks this. The world's most advanced grass pulp culture paper production line has been fully integrated and will become another important economic growth point for Tranlin.
The production line is a subproject of 500,000 tons of cultural paper project in Tranlin's annual processing of 1.5 million tons of straw pulp and paper comprehensive utilization project. The main equipment is from the United States. Tranlin presses, dries and curls it according to the need of straw pulp and paper production. The important parts of the machine are reconstructed. The paper machine has a width of 6.1 meters and a design speed of 1200m/min. It can produce high-quality offset paper and natural food packaging paper with a basis weight of 50-70g/m2.
The production line has achieved a high degree of automation and intelligence, which can save about 40% of labor compared with grass pulp and paper production lines of the same scale, of which only automated paper disease detection and automated packaging can reduce manpower by more than 300 people, and the production line is installed from the equipment. It took only 5 days from the completion of the test run to success. The short time is also rare in the international trade.
This is Quanlin's longest-running multi-cylinder grass pulp production line (papermaking workshop) with the widest paper speed and the fastest speed in China, independently designed and manufactured, and independently designing and manufacturing high-speed paper machines for straw-colored household papers.
