On December 24, 2015, the first meeting of the 7th Supervisory Committee of China Printing and Equipment Equipment Industry Association was held in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Shen Xinghua, and all the members of the board of supervisors attended the meeting. Wang Lijian, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Printing Industry Association, and Li Ying, Director of the Financial Department attended the meeting.
The meeting first learned about the "Constitution", "Organizational Work Regulations", and "Regulations of the Board of Supervisors" of the China Printing Industry Association, and understood the relevant rules and regulations of the Association. Shen Xinghua, supervisor of the company, said that the Association first established a board of supervisors and this board of supervisors should do groundbreaking work. As the supervisory organization, the board of supervisors must first grasp its own work position, that is, to supervise the overall work and not participate in the daily work. Grasping relevant laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the association is the basis for effective supervision. All supervisors stated that they will familiarize themselves with and understand the relevant system as soon as possible and perform their duties with due diligence.
Subsequently, the meeting discussed the “Working Rules of the Supervisory Board”. Yao Hui, the secretary general of the board of supervisors, believes that the “Detailed Rules” is an internal system that regulates work and clearly divides the work. It is the reference for supervisors to perform their duties in accordance with the law and to carry out routine work in accordance with laws and regulations and to interpret some terms.
Shen Xinghua, supervisor of the company, said that the board of supervisors exercise supervision power as a supervisory institution. According to Article 7 of the Association’s Articles of Association, members have the right to criticize and supervise the Association.
