Martin Automation has several patents for technological innovations, such as inertial compensation technology, and tension control technology that is widely used in receiving and web processing equipment. Martin's latest invention of the Airnertia inert roll has been recognized worldwide. “Our technology can automate processing speeds from 10 to 900 m/min and widths from 25 to 4000 mm, which is equivalent to a coil of 2400 mm in diameter and weighing up to 8 kg. This means that the same equipment can be used to process thin as low as 30 microns. Density polyethylene (LDPE) to cardboard up to 600 microns thick," said Gavin Rittmeyer, vice president of marketing at Martin.

Martin's products are available in multiple markets such as product service labels, cartons and nonwovens. At present, its narrow-width rotation, non-woven fabrics, wide-format and other special businesses each account for 25%.

In order to meet the growing demand for large equipment in the market, at the beginning of the year, Martin Automation increased its production capacity by 20% through integration. Finally, Martin's celebration of the 50th anniversary of the event was successfully concluded during the visit to the headquarters. Mr. John Martin's house was destroyed in a fire, and he later built a new headquarters for a large steel frame structure, marking Martin's most outstanding engineering skills. The strong visual impact of the headquarters is also evidence of the legendary life of Martin Automation.
