Japanese label maker Iwata Label opened a new production facility in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, which seeks to respond to market and customer needs.

The new Iwata Label Innovation Park was built last year. Now open here, not only has the Iwata label been significantly improved in terms of production, but it has also allowed the Iwata label to respond to global demand for quality. It also reinforces the company's risk management objectives.

The plant is equipped with four letterpress presses, five intermittent letterpress presses, punching equipment and testing equipment. In addition, it is equipped with a unique printing press that supports composites while printing, providing high value-added labels. The 6,867-square-meter facility will be further equipped with automated warehousing and state-of-the-art safety systems, as well as climate, pressure and harmful plant and animal control.
