Huaying Packaging Expansion: Intelligent Packaging Project With An Annual Output Of 200 Million Square Meters Of Printing Paperboard

According to the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government, the Zhongmou Branch of the Zhengzhou Ecological Environment Bureau officially accepted the environmental impact assessment documents of Zhengzhou Huaying Packaging Co., Ltd.'s 'Annual Production of 200 Million Square Meters of High-End Packaging Box Printing Paperboard Project' on January 8, 2026, and has entered the public announcement phase.

This project is an expansion project. In order to further enhance its market competitiveness and increase product added value, the company has decided to invest 395.0773 million yuan to construct the Zhengzhou Huaying Intelligent Packaging Project in the area east of Qinghao Street, Guandu Town, Zhongmu County, north of Jieshi Road, and west of Shenhou Road. The total area of the project is 3,211.92 hectares, and the total enclosed area is 3,611.87 hectares. After completion, the project will produce 200 million square meters of printed finished cardboard annually (hereinafter referred to as 'the Project').

The Project is 985 meters away from the existing facility, operates independently, and has no dependency on the existing facility. Planning period: the planning period is 2022–2035, with the near-term being 2022–2025 and the long-term 2026–2035.

Zhengzhou Huaying Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It is an enterprise engaged in the production and sales of corrugated cartons, colored paper products, and other products. The company's existing facility is located at No. 9 Yuzhou Road, Guandu Town, Zhongmu County, mainly producing medium- and high-grade corrugated cartons, with an annual production capacity of 200 million square meters.
