Filling the Market Gap:
Precisely targeting the "high-precision & medium-width" yellow-and-white card application scenarios
A huge number of fragmented orders are continuously testing packaging printers' flexibility in delivery and supply chain coordination. On the demand side, with SKUs skyrocketing and orders becoming fragmented, small batches, multiple versions, and high frequency are gradually becoming the norm. End brands also require more customized, personalized, and variable data applications, such as one code per box and anti-counterfeiting traceability. On the supply side, packaging printers are forced to switch orders more frequently within shorter lead times, while also dealing with material waste, rising labor and overall costs, and heavy equipment reinvestment pressures.
Traditional watermark printing struggles with high minimum order quantities, complicated plate-making, and inventory backlog, while most digital inkjet devices often have trouble balancing width, precision, and production efficiency.
Relying on HanHong Group's strong inkjet technology expertise across diverse niche scenarios, and integrating HanHua Industrial's over ten years of global Single Pass application experience and continuous technical breakthroughs, the next-generation Single Pass Glory180X was born, following the Glory2504 ultra-wide digital inline press.

The Glory180X is designed for precise targeting of medium-width packaging in flexible mass production scenarios. With a more compact industrial design and comprehensive inkjet performance upgrades, it perfectly meets high-quality coated board printing standards. This helps packaging companies worldwide advance digital production transformation with a manageable initial investment. Its highly integrated design allows for efficient deployment in limited workshop spaces and can handle large volumes of small orders or customized requests, delivering quality that meets the high standards of end-brand clients.

Powered by Hardcore Technology:
A new benchmark in industrial-grade Single Pass flexible packaging mass production
Highly integrated industrial-level delivery capability and ultra-fast job change efficiency
The Glory180X reaches a maximum print speed of 100 m/min, with a maximum media width of 1800 mm and a maximum print width of 1296 mm. For most packaging printing companies, this level of productivity and width is more than enough to meet the needs of short-run, scattered, or urgent orders in their current coverage areas. (For even higher output demands, the HanHua Glory250X fully automated wide-format digital inline line can be chosen)
The Glory180X supports queue printing, seamless job changes, and variable data printing, with finer and more stable print quality. Switching logos or barcodes with minimal graphics can even achieve "seamless or second-level job changes," helping customers perfectly balance flexibility without creating plates and industrial efficiency, and effectively handle small-quantity, high-SKU, ultra-short lead-time packaging orders, such as food boxes, fruit boxes, small appliance boxes, and various e-commerce packaging boxes.
Continuously advancing color quality and high-value-added solution expansion
A full set of core technologies ensures accurate reproduction
The Glory180X integrates solid and reliable industrial digital printing hardware and software, comes standard with CMYK (up to 12 printheads per color), combined with its proprietary core printhead driving technology and high-precision inkjet printing control system, precisely managing multi-level ink drops to achieve grayscale printing.

Mature Pre-Coating Expansion Solution (Optional)
Uncoated paper surfaces are rough, and in client-side production, uneven ink absorption on yellow or white boards often leads to dull, blotchy prints, making color consistency hard to maintain. For higher-quality printing on uncoated paper, the Glory180X supports highly flexible modular expansion-you can optionally add a two-roll pre-coating module.
The pre-coating liquid isn't just a simple "primer": it adjusts the absorbency of the paper surface, making ink spread and adhere more controllably. This significantly enhances color density and pattern clarity, ensuring that batches of prints have rich, vibrant colors and consistent quality.

Application Scenarios in Depth:
Three types of packaging boxes, three kinds of different 'flexible necessities'
In the actual production of medium-width yellow corrugated cardboard and white cardboard corrugated sheets, Glory180X precisely targets three typical packaging box application scenarios, helping different types of printing company clients overcome production bottlenecks and unlock high-value capacity.
Perfectly handling watermark orders, meeting huge volumes of personalized small-batch printing
No plate needed, print starting from 1 sheet: No need for traditional printing plates or complex color adjustment processes, truly achieving zero-threshold printing and second-level response
≤2 minutes for super fast job change: Efficient job switching without stopping, with the longest job switch time shortened to within 2 minutes, fully unleashing production efficiency
Zero inventory, print on demand: Achieves 'produce as needed, deliver immediately,' significantly reducing clients' storage pressure and capital tie-up
Supports variable data orders, enabling one-code-per-box and personalized marketing
With mature high-speed variable data processing technology, clients can use Glory180X on high-speed inkjet devices to achieve high-efficiency, high-quality, and stable variable data printing, with clear print edges and high-density recognition, perfectly fitting smart warehousing and QR-code marketing scenarios.
Supports high-value orders like home appliance boxes, e-commerce premium boxes, display stands, and more
Thanks to Glory180X's effective printing width of up to 1.3 meters and maximum feed size of 2800 mm x 1800 mm (length*width), complex full-page designs can be printed directly without tiling; Single Pass completes full-page graphics in one go, even delivering vibrant colors on dark or yellow-kraft substrates.
