Recently, Danone launched a 3.2 million bottles of unique mineral water designed for the millennial generation for the Danish mineral water brand Aqua d Or bottled water.
The theme of the event is Aqua d or Flow Your Way. All labels are designed by Danish artist Emil Kozak and express the characteristics of nature and personality. The event is a boutique promotion for the Swedish and Danish markets designed to interact with millennials. Designed around the Aqua d or brand story, 11 design elements were mined and automatically converted to each unique design with HP Mosaic Printing Software.
All labels are produced by Allenlabel Group's Folienprint Rako, using the HP Indigo 20000 digital press, SmartStream mosaic software and PrintOS print cloud management platform. The 3.2 million label is completed in two weeks.
HP SmartStream Mosaic is a software that automatically generates a large number of personalized patterns. To create 3.2 million unique pdf files, Folienprint Rako uses the PrintOS Composer cloud management system to quickly generate the required VDP print files with variable data. PrintOS Composer creates simple PDF files on HP DFEs for optimization, making processing speeds up to 50 times faster than standard non-cloud tools. The use of the PrintOS Composer tool eliminates the need to install supporting hardware and greatly simplifies and enhances the production process of Folienprint Rako. On August 30th, Aqua dor released this special edition of water at an event in downtown Copenhagen. The event attracted 200 guests to experience the print on the spot. Emil Kozak's design poster was also printed on-site using the HP Latex printer by Damgaard-Jensen and was autographed by the artist.
