Daily cardboard production hits 200,000 square meters, branching out into flexible packaging! Haiborei goes all out to reach an annual output value of 80 million yuan
On June 23, at Haiborei (Sichuan) Intelligent Packaging Co., Ltd. in the Pingshan Economic Development Zone of Bazhong, Sichuan, the production workshop was buzzing with machines. The automated production lines were running at high speed, and workers were diligently carrying out their tasks, fully pushing to achieve the 'double over-half' production and business targets for the first half of the year.
On the company's fully automated corrugated cardboard production line, which is over 140 meters long, rolls of raw paper are orderly fed onto the line. After a series of processes like gluing, drying, and cutting, neatly finished cardboard boards are continuously produced.
At the workshop control computers, customer orders from places like Yurong Packaging, Haohua Packaging, and Jiachuansheng Packaging fill the screen, with production orders sufficient and sales momentum strong.
"At present, the workshop's production capacity is steadily increasing, with an average daily cardboard output reaching 200,000 square meters," said Zhang Long, the workshop manager. Sufficient production capacity provides a solid guarantee for delivering orders to markets across the country.
The finished goods area of the workshop is equally busy. Workers skillfully pack and organize the finished cardboard, quickly moving it to the shipping area. Two cargo trucks are fully loaded and ready to go, and the pace of loading and shipping is tight, efficient, and orderly.
"Orders have been rising lately, and we've been running nonstop. We can barely keep up with stacking the goods," said a worker on site.
It is understood that the company is not only focusing on traditional cardboard production. The second-phase soft packaging production line has already been successfully put into operation, filling in a gap in the company's full-chain packaging production.
Stepping into the flexible packaging production workshop, you'll see smart production equipment like the 9-color gravure printing machine, dry laminating machine, and solvent-free laminating machine neatly arranged and running smoothly, with all kinds of food packaging bags, finely processed, displayed in an orderly manner. The company's packaging products not only support local businesses like Pingchang Bendi Chuanhuolang and Jiang Shijia, but also widely cater to specialty agricultural and food products from other regions, such as Changchi Rice and Lanmei Foods, with its market reach continuing to expand.
"Relying on the coordination of both new and old production lines, our output value has already surpassed 30 million yuan in the first half of the year. With the Phase II flexible packaging production line coming online, we can achieve integrated internal and external packaging production in one stop, effectively filling gaps in the industry chain and significantly boosting our core competitiveness," explained the company's spokesperson Wang Jian. Moving forward, the company plans to keep production running at full capacity, steadily improve quality and efficiency, and go all out to hit the annual output target of 80 million yuan.
