These customized boxes for the local clothing brand 'Weishangyu,' with an annual output of 600,000 units, are about to be shipped to Poland and the UK. Just last year, this was a small and microenterprise with old equipment and weak design capabilities, mainly handling conventional local agricultural packaging and struggling to meet market demand for high-end, personalized products.

Continuous policy support from Yulin City for the development of characteristic industries in the southern counties has been a key factor in the company's transformation. By 2025, with the launch of the three-year new urbanization action plan, Yulin City will deeply integrate southern counties' industry revitalization with the 'Five Ones' work mechanism, promoting industrial clustering and efficiency improvement. Yulin Qiaoyisen Paper-Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. has seized this policy opportunity. With special fund support, it introduced fully automatic high-speed printing equipment and a digital proofing system, achieving a complete upgrade of the production line. The company's head, Ma Jiangang, said with emotion, 'Before, we could only do low-end packaging. This year, the company successfully brought in Yulin Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd. and sold 67% of its shares, achieving state-owned capital control. This move not only improved the company's governance structure and boosted its credit rating and resource integration capabilities, but also deeply integrated it into the branding and standardization system of specialty agricultural products in the southern counties. Expanding from simple production to brand planning, Qiaoyisen is shaping a unique service model of 'packaging, branding, and data.' Its designs cleverly incorporate folk cultural elements like Shaanbei paper-cutting, waist drums, and cave dwellings, while actively promoting biodegradable, eco-friendly materials. The company has developed a range of 'story-rich, visually appealing' cultural and tourism packaging products, giving local specialties like red dates, millet, and apples a boost in value.

After the project is fully built and operational, it is expected to add an annual production capacity of 6 million new cultural and tourism packaging items, generate about 8 million yuan in annual output value, and create around 1.3 million yuan in annual taxes and profits.
