Baosteel Packaging and Baosight Software collaboratively build a digital and intelligent transformation, embarking on a new AI journey
Recently, the new round of digital and intelligent transformation kickoff meeting of Baosteel Packaging was successfully held, marking the official launch of the digital and intelligent collaborative construction project between Baosteel Packaging and Baosight Software. Both parties will work closely together, focusing on tackling key challenges, and with AI technology as the core driving force, they will embark on a new journey of enterprise digital and intelligent upgrading.
Wu Jianpeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of Baosteel Packaging, and Tian Guobing, Party Secretary and Chairman of Baosight Software, led their teams to attend the meeting, with the core management teams and special technology teams from both sides participating together. This meeting closely aligned with China Baowu's AI strategy, focusing on two key tasks: constructing unmanned and low-manpower scenarios and building the '1 2 X' dual middle-platform. It clarified collaboration mechanisms and phased goals, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive rollout of the new round of digital and intelligent upgrades.
At the meeting, Tian Guobing highly praised the foundation of cooperation between the two sides. He emphasized that this collaboration will prioritize speed and effectiveness, open green channels for projects, and leverage Baosight Software's core technological resources in intelligent equipment, cloud computing, big data, and industrial intelligence to provide full-process, end-to-end technical support. This will help Baosteel Packaging build a national-level intelligent factory benchmark and establish a new model for industry digital and intelligent transformation.
Wu Jianpeng stressed that digital intelligence is the core support for building a world-class metal packaging enterprise. Baosteel Packaging must seize new opportunities in AI development, further strengthen its data foundation, continue deepening collaborative co-creation with Baosight Software, implement the nine major intelligent scenarios in phases, and fully strive to create a model for digital-intelligent cooperation within China Baowu.
