What is fabric printing
With the increasing demand for printing and the continuous innovation of printing technology, more and more people require printing to be private and customized. Then at this time, the demand for personality printing will be more and more large, and the printing technology suitable for personality printing will be widely used, and fabric printing is one of them. Today, we will talk about what fabric printing is and how fabric printing works. Fabric Printing Fabric printing refers to the process of forming a pattern by printing method on a fabric. The methods of printing are: pattern printing, screen printing, cylinder rotary screen printing, transfer printing and multi-color dye printing methods, among which screen printing comes from pattern printing (including pattern paper version and zinc plate), which began to be operated by hand, and gradually moved towards semi-automation, complete automation, and later developed from flat screen to rotary screen. There are generally several printing methods for fabric printing: 1. Direct printing of paint. Direct printing of paint is to print the prepared printing paste directly on the fabric, which is the simplest and most commonly used process in the printing process. The direct printing process of paint generally refers to printing on white or light-colored fabrics, which is convenient for color matching, simple process, and can be treated by cultivation and baking after printing, which is suitable for textiles of various fibers. The paint direct printing process can be divided into aclamin F-type adhesives according to the adhesives that are often used at present. There are three direct printing processes of acrylic adhesive, styrene-butadiene emulsion and chitin adhesive. 2. Silk printing. The main methods of silk printing are direct printing, disengagement printing, and anti-dyeing printing. The direct printing method has been introduced earlier, and the discharge printing method, transfer printing method, penetration printing method, etc. will be introduced separately in the relevant subsections later, and the anti-dyeing printing method is mainly introduced here. 3. Knitted underwear printing. Knitted underwear printing mainly applies the direct printing process of coating, and the fabric can be doubled or dried naturally after printing, which avoids the problems of easy deformation of knitted fabrics and difficult wet treatment of agricultural pieces. The printing method is mainly flat screen printing, which is divided into two ways: manual scratching and machine operation. This printing method can adapt to various forms and organizational patterns of floral patterns, and is suitable for the production needs of small batches and multiple colors. 4. Discharge printing. Discharge dyeing printing, also known as engraving, refers to the printing method of printing on colored fabrics with a discharge dyeing agent to destroy part of the pigment that has been dyed, so as to obtain various patterns and patterns. A discharge dye is a chemical that can discolor the staining base. Such as: hanging white decision, stannous chloride, etc. This method can be divided into two types: white (white) and colored (white). The latter dyeing method makes the fabric pattern fine, but the process is complex and the cost is higher. 5. Silk screen printing. The rotten flower system uses two kinds of fiber blended fabrics with different acid resistance, and after acid rotten flower pulp printing and chemical processing, the non-acid-resistant natural fiber part is rotten, revealing the acid-resistant chemical fiber part, forming a crystal transparent flower pattern, and its special style makes the rotten flower products have a high-end gorgeous feeling. Rotten flower products not only have a gorgeous appearance, excellent internal quality, wear resistance, high strength, good washing, fast drying, and iron-free performance, and are welcomed by domestic and foreign markets.
