1). When knocking paper, the method of thin paper is different from thick paper (100-350g/m2). The thin paper is knocked out evenly and evenly. The smaller the interval between the paper-cutting segments is, the better the spacing is, so as not to cause crumpled paper. . Generally, for paper that is eager to be printed on the machine, just tap the tip and keep the mouth flat so that the paper can be smoothly fed.
2). The paper presser foot is smaller than the thick paper, and the pressure is usually about 5mm.
3). The paper feed wheel is lightly adjusted as much as possible, and the paper wheel can be smoothly rolled as the paper passes, reducing the resistance and preventing the paper from curling.
4). For the better machine of the light control system, such as KBA, Komori series offset press, etc., it is necessary to clean the paper ash at the mouth of the mouth in time, preferably one shift is cleaned once.
So as not to affect the light control sensitivity, the machine stops for a reason. Because, for thin paper printing, the light control function is more important.
5). The temperature and humidity of the printing workshop should be consistent with the paper library to prevent the paper from being curled or shrunk, which affects the smooth printing and paper feeding. Conditional enterprises can use air conditioners or air humidifiers to achieve better results. If there are no conditions, watering and airing can be used to improve the printability of the paper.
6). When printing thin paper, the printing speed is slightly faster, and the delivery system and paper feeding system will be smoother.
Generally speaking, the machine with a top speed of 10,000 impressions/hour has a speed of about 6500 impressions/hour. A high speed machine of 15,000 impressions/hour has a printing speed of 9500 impressions/hour.
