Ice ink is not only suitable for mechanical printing, but also suitable for manual printing. In order to obtain good printing results, in the production practice, according to their actual conditions, adjust the appropriate printing pressure, blade angle and mesh distance and other conditions, it is recommended that the blade hardness is 65~75.

It is not advisable to use the process of printing the ice ink on the color ink layer. If this process is applied to the printing of ice ink, it will affect the final pattern effect and firmness of the ice ink, because the ink of different colors absorbs ultraviolet light differently. It is recommended to use a variety of iced inks that have been tuned.

The ice ink should be thoroughly stirred before printing to make it uniform. In particular, when mixing several patterns of ice ink, use bamboo board to stir. When used in large quantities, it is best to stir with a wide-leaf mixer. The angle of the blades in the mixer is 30~45°.

After printing, it should be cured and dried immediately. The ice UV ink adopts the intermittent solidification method, and the transfer speed of the printed product on the curing machine is 25~35m/min. The curing light source is 6 UV lamps with parallel discharge, the power intensity is 60~80W/cm, the interval between the lamps is 60~80cm, and the light intensity of the first 3 tubes is controlled to be (3~4)×10- 4W/cm2, the light intensity of the latter 3 UV lamps is controlled to be (4.5~5.5)×10-4W/cm2.

When curing, after the first three UV lamps are printed, they should be blown with wind in the cooling zone, then into the curing zone of the last three lamps, and then blown with cold air.
