2. High line number misunderstanding

The high-line anilox rolls currently produced are generally below 1500 lines/inch and are generally concentrated at 800-1500 lines/inch. However, users do not have such requirements. Generally, only 1000 lines/inch is required, and almost all domestically. The user believes that an anilox roll of 600 to 800 lines/inch is sufficient to meet the printing requirements. And the so-called high line number can not only look at the ability of the producer side, mainly depends on the user's use needs, and there is no point in the product without the market. Nowadays, the number of lines of the anilox roller is required to be high, and it is necessary to have a better ink transfer amount. Although some anilox rolls can reach 1200 lines/inch, there is no ink transfer amount when used. It can be seen that neither the user nor the manufacturer can only be trapped in the high number of lines on the surface, and it is necessary to start from the use parameters related to the product, and truly achieve high line number and high quality.
