The big inspection leader not only has to arrange enough time for the machine, but also to set the content of the big inspection plan. Generally, the whole engine oil tank should be replaced with lubricating oil, the worn parts should be replaced, and the electrical appliances also need to be examined in a more detailed manner. Generally, the following contents are mainly included:

1) Roller accuracy, radial and axial runout check, roller bearing check.

2) Roller pressure check, position check of clutch pressure positioning gauge.

3) Check the wear of gears, cams, sprockets, chains and connecting rods.

4) Ink roller, water roller, rubber roller, anilox roller surface damage inspection and jitter check.

5) Check the water bucket and ink fountain, and check other waterway and other facilities of the ink system.

6) Inspection of oil circuit, gas path and its components, such as oil pump, electromagnetic reversing valve and air pump inspection.

7) Check the fuel tank oil, if necessary, replace the oil and refuel the whole machine.

8) Check the clutch, brake and safety device.

9) Rolling dentures, chain teeth, open jaws, and open ball inspection.

10) Check the electrical cabinet, main motor, magnetic powder brake and fan.
