Cleaning work is an important aspect of equipment maintenance. Careful cleaning of equipment regularly can not only improve the service life of equipment, but also can detect accidents and equipment wear and damage, and can be repaired in time. The main contents of cleaning are:
(1) The ink fountain is clean. Pay attention to the ink dirt and agglomeration on both ends of the ink fountain and the wall plate, shake the ink roller, feel relaxed, flexible, and no stuck phenomenon. When the handle is returned, the spring sound is crisp.
(2) The water bucket is clean. Remove the paper ash and sediment from the water bucket thoroughly, taking care not to splash the water on other parts. Check that there are no water rust at both ends of the water roller, whether there is water leakage in the water bucket, and whether the surface of the water roller is clean. For the alcohol-wetting automatic water supply system, the water tank, pump and waterway should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected to prevent the paper dust and other debris from blocking the pipeline or alcohol and dampening solution into the water hole.
(3) The surface of the rolling pillow and the rolling body is clean. Always pay attention to keep the surface of the roller and the rolling body clean. Pay attention to protect the roller and roll with lubricating oil. When rubbing glue and adding water, be careful not to let the glue and water come into contact with the roller, remove the ink and paper falling on the roller at any time, and pay attention to the cleaning of the clip.
(4) Cleaning of rubber rollers, etc. Do not leave ink when the rubber roller, plastic roller, etc. are stopped, or let the ink dry on the rubber roller, otherwise the ink conjunctiva will damage the rubber roller. If the machine is stopped for more than three days, the rubber roller should be removed and wiped clean to avoid deformation of the roll surface.
(5) The wallboard and machine belly are clean. Including the rubber roller frame, the swing frame, the positioning screws, the positioning block, the spring, the landing gear, etc., should be kept clean, making it easy to rotate and easy to reset.
(6) Cleaning of the track. Such as offset printing machine chain, track easy to accumulate paper ash, dusting, must be cleaned and then refilled with oil, glue under the glue machine glue to clean, keep the rail surface clean. At the same time, clean the chain, conveyor belt, sprocket, etc. on the track.
(7) Cleaning of gears and fuel tanks. It is easy to stick oil, paper ash, glue, etc. on the gears, and it should be cleaned regularly, especially the perfect binding machine and book cutting machine. Regularly clean the fuel tank, check the oil concentration and impurities, and replace it regularly. At the same time, clean the filter.
(8) The feeder is clean. Such as the regular cleaning of Feida valve, air pipe, front gauge and its photoelectric eye, paper belt pulley, double-detection electrical contact, side-slaw pull paper ball.
(9) The delivery device is clean. For example, the delivery tray, the delivery chain, and the delivery cam should be cleaned regularly and filled with butter; the suction reduction pulley and the platen fan should be cleaned to avoid malfunction caused by powder blockage.
(10) Bearings, teeth and pads are clean. In particular, the bearings at both ends of the rubber roller and the rubber gear drive gear bearing of the binding machine should be kept clean to avoid the bearing rotation being blocked after the ink and the glue are condensed. The teeth and dental pads on the rollers and rows of teeth should be cleaned regularly with a brush until the surface or stripes on the surface are fully exposed.
(11) Electrical boxes and electrical components are clean. Especially in rain-lubricated lubrication, be careful not to let the oil drip directly onto the electrical components, do not let the solenoid valve soak in the oil pool; often use a blower to clean the electrical cabinet; check the tightness of the wiring head, contact with individual burnt paste The contacts can be sanded with sandpaper until the contact is good.
(12) Keep the appearance of the machine clean and the ground environment clean.
