A four-color self-adhesive trademark printing machine, after a few months of use, the overprinting is not allowed to malfunction, and the irregular stroke of the stroke is 0.5~0.2mm.

First consider whether the self-adhesive coils are tight. Re-winding the self-adhesive web still does not solve the problem.

Then consider whether there is a gap in which part of the machine. Disassemble the transmission gearbox that drives the stroke adjustment and find that the circlip design of the bicycle flywheel is used inside. Because the gearbox needs to add oil twice a day, there is a little more oil on the gears, and some places are less, causing the stroke to jump. The analysis found that it was caused by the use of inferior engine oil, and the oil with good labeling and fluidity was used. The problem was completely solved, and there was no inaccurate overprinting.
