Black and white line pattern manuscripts have hand drawings and computer drawings. The hand-drawn drafts have a reflective manuscript and a transmissive manuscript, which are drawn on white paper for manuscript, and the text, graphics, tables, etc. drawn on the sulfuric acid paper in carbon black ink are transmitted. Density D = 3 or more, you can directly print the screen version.
Computer graphics are drawn by various software, such as documents, patterns, tables, etc., which are output on transparencies or sulfuric acid paper by laser printers as screen printing originals. In order to improve the quality of printing, some factories use high-precision computer graphics.
Continuously tuned color originals are:
1. Color reversal film, the most ideal transmission original in screen printing, high image clarity, colorful, rich layers, strong stereo, suitable for high magnification. Density range D=0.1-3.8, scan the screen with high-end scanner or electric extension to ensure image quality. Magnification can be enlarged by a factor of ten, suitable for large format screen printing, and is an ideal manuscript for large-scale advertising;
2. Color photos, which are printed with color negatives, can be used as reflective papers. In the printing (copying), the image level is somewhat lost. In the case of improper operation, color imbalance, color cast and uneven color tone may occur. The density range is D=0.1-2.6, the dye particles are rough, and the scanner is scanned by the platform scanner. The image magnification is 4 -7 times, then magnify the image distortion;
3. The color positive film is copied through the color negative film. The image quality is the same as that of the color photo. It is a transmissive original with a density range of D=0.1-2.8. It is scanned with a platform scanner and placed at a magnification of 4-7 times.
There is a layer of horse cover (amber) on the surface of the color negative film. The black and white field cannot be found when scanning, which is not suitable for calibration. The screen does not see the effect, and it is not easy to master the color reproduction. The color of the image is the complementary color of the original scene. Generally, it is not used as an original, and can be copied into a positive film or a photo as a screen-printed original.
Printed manuscripts, also known as secondary manuscripts, are mostly mesh-reflected manuscripts, and Y, M, C, and K four-color prints that have been compressed, have a low density range of 0.1-1.6, and are not rich in layers. The density requirement for copying with a second original is consistent, and it is not suitable for amplification, otherwise it will be seriously distorted. The print density is lower than the scanner's density recognition ability. Scanning with medium and low-end scanners is first done by going to the network for blurring.
Inkjet printers, laser printers, and laser imageetters can output transparencies for use as screen printing originals, but density and image accuracy (resolution) vary.
1. Inkjet printer, output transparent film, sulfuric acid paper. Bright color document patterns and black and white files are printed in color ink, but the output film is low in density and poor in quality. Screen printing negatives for text patterns.
2. The laser printer outputs transparent film and sulfuric acid paper. The electrostatic imaging principle is adopted to make the toner adhere to the image area on the surface of the photoconductor to form an image. After heating, the toner is melted and fixed on the transparent substrate. The image is composed of carbon particles. Rough, uneven layer, low image density, small dots lost, large dot deformation, plate sand holes, black spots. It is used for pattern text blocks to print originals. It cannot be used as a color mesh to adjust originals.
3. Laser image aligning machine, laser electronic color separation screening with laser as light source crystal modulator or galvanometer system, controlled by computer to pass laser or blocked to achieve exposure on the recording silver salt film to form image, developed High-precision dot silver salt film. The film output of the laser imagesetter has high resolution, high density, smooth dots and smooth lines, and is the best negative film for mesh printing.
