The surface paperboard with a batch of beer crates has the defects of wrinkles and streaks on the surface after calendering. According to the quality requirements, the appearance of the paper should be clean, smooth, scratch-free and wrinkle-free after calendering. When calendering process parameters (such as calendering temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) are unchanged, we use another batch of packaging box cardboard to calender, resulting in no wrinkles and streaks after calendering. . Through comparative analysis, it is believed that the reason is due to the difference in the quality of the two types of paperboard. The surface of the paperboard which will produce wrinkles and streaks after calendering is relatively poor in paper quality. However, the batch of cardboard has been finished, and if it is scrapped after the calendering will produce some wrinkles and streaks that do not meet the quality requirements, it will result in inability to deliver on time and a large loss of waste. And if it can be treated by appropriate remedial measures, the calendering quality can be met, one can be delivered on time, and the other can reduce losses.

To this end, we have selected one of the effective measures to solve the problem through several different methods of processing and testing. The method is: glazing the unpolished paperboard after glazing, and then hot-drying on the calender first, the temperature of the hot baking is the same as the temperature of the calendering, and the hot baking can be performed on the calender. Under the condition of pressure and steel belt transmission of the calender, the cardboard is placed on the surface of the steel strip at the outlet of the discharge port, and the paper is brought into the drying tunnel by the steel belt to return to the calender. The mouth of the mouth. After such hot baking and calendering according to the normal calendering process (i.e., adding one glaze and one hot bake), the wrinkles and streaks on the batch of cardboard disappeared. Incidentally, in general, the calendering temperature is generally controlled at 115 ° C to 120 ° C, the pressure is controlled at 150 to 180 kg / m 2 , and the speed is preferably 6 - 10 m / min. Of course, in the field operation, it should be reasonably adjusted and mastered according to the thickness of the cardboard. It is worth noting that for paper products to be calendered, there must be a choice in paper quality, otherwise the calendering quality requirements will not be met.
