When using the 115MCS-2 type paper cutter imported from Germany, the paper cutter sometimes does not come down sometimes. After the paper press is compacted, press the button with both hands and cut the knife after a while. After repeatedly pressing the crop button, you can't cut the knife at all, and you can't manually drive.
First we start with the analysis of the drawings to find the cause of the failure. Find the line part that controls the lower knife, and locate the fault basically in the electrical part. Look at the main knife clutch on the drawing, press the hand cutting button, the contactor K50, K51 has been sucked, the normally open contact K50, K51 is closed. Look again at the solenoid valve Y1, which is located in the large drive wheel on the left side of the machine. Through careful observation, it was found that the carbon brush was ignited when the car was cranked, and the spring in the solenoid valve Y1 could not be bounced back, causing the carbon brush to be in contact with the wheel circumference. As a result, the motor circuit cannot be turned on, the motor cannot be turned, and it cannot be cut.
Since this paper cutter has been used for many years, long-term operation deteriorates the spring recovery performance. Fortunately, when the manufacturer designs this spring, there are three adjustable positions, and the fault can be smoothly eliminated by adjusting the position of the spring.
Through this failure, combined with the similar failures that I usually encounter, I came to the conclusion that if you encounter such problems, you should first consider whether the electrical components are not in contact. The contact is not real, there are mainly some cases where the contact is not real, the contact of the terminal is not real, and the electromagnetic valve is not properly connected, but the specific problem should be analyzed.
