First, the work that should be done before the Spring Festival holiday:


1. Check the status of the press at low speed and record the reading of the ammeter on the main cabinet as a reference standard for judging whether the status of the press is normal after the machine is restarted.


2. Wash the ink on the water roller first, then remove the ink roller on the unit to avoid damage caused by long-term deformation of the rubber roller. And check the bearings at both ends, use the paste to maintain the rubber roller, use copper water to maintain the copper roller, and wipe the printing plate on the water roller and the water roller. Please use the previous instructions.


3. After the ink fountain, ink fountain button and ink fountain roller are cleaned, apply a layer of lubricating oil for maintenance to prevent rust.


4. Remove the blanket and pad and the PS plate. Apply a little lubricant to the surface of the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder and the roller to prevent rust. If the plate cylinder is not equipped with the bottom film, it is also necessary to apply a little lubricant on the surface of the plate cylinder and the roller to prevent rust. If the bottom film is installed and the installation time has exceeded 3 months, please Remove the film from the bottom of the gun and clean the plate roller with alcohol. If it is less than 3 months, wipe the film with a dry cloth (the roller should also be wiped with a little oil for anti-rust treatment).


5. Remove all the roller brush on each color group, put it in the oil drum and soak it, and then install it after work.


6. Discharge the water in the water tank and the water bucket and clean the water tank of each color group. In addition, put the PH test probe into the protection liquid to prevent dryness. (It is strictly forbidden to put the PH test head into pure water).


7. Clean and brush the paper delivery chain and the tooth row and refuel.


8. Clean the transfer roller and the impression cylinder, the tooth and the pad, and refuel in the lubrication part.


9. Clean all the filter nets of the machine. Be sure to replace the service life for more than one year, and refuel the lubrication parts of the whole machine.


10. In order to guarantee and extend the life of the printing press, it is recommended to replace the main engine lubricating oil and filter, and pay attention to the type and origin of the lubricating oil to avoid adding errors or using fake oil. Recommended lubricant models: SPICA models use Mobile DTE Oil Medium, and other models use Mobilegear 600 XP68.


11. If the machine is equipped with a series of water roller cooling equipment, and the ambient temperature may be lower than 0 °C, please add antifreeze to the cooling water or simply let off the cooling water to prevent the freezing of the water pipe and related equipment (the oil cooler does not need to be placed oil).


12. Turn off the main power supply and the water tank tap switch, and let the air and water in the air compressor be discharged. The air in the air control unit of the main unit is also released.


13. Clean the surface of the machine and clean the surrounding environment. It is best to cover the machine with paper.


14. Do a good job in preventing rats. Put some scented pills (mothballs) in the electric box, the bottom of the machine, etc.; it is strictly forbidden to eat food and place food in the printing workshop; install two ultrasonic electric cats next to each machine and turn on the machine 24 hours; use the WEKO powder machine for customers. The PS version protects the powder hopper in the duster to prevent damage from the mouse.


15. In addition to the above, please complete other routines in the routine daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.


Second, the first work to go to work after the holiday:


1. If the temperature of the workshop is low after work after the holiday, the air conditioner around the machine should be turned on 4 hours in advance to raise the temperature of the whole machine and environment to achieve normal printing status.


2. Check the oil level of the machine before power-on, check whether the oil level reaches between the neutral line and the upper line. Check whether the oil level is between the neutral line and the lower line after power-on.


3. For the cooling device with the ink roller cooling device, the cooling water is discharged before the time. At this time, the cooling water should be added. For cooling water with a water roller cooling device, the cooling water should be filled at this time. Ink roller water-cooled water tank plus antifreeze, if it is added without power circulation, antifreeze can not reach the inside of the ink roller, so if it is just added, it must be guaranteed to cycle for more than one hour.


4. Do not perform any operation within 10 minutes after the main power supply is turned on. Wait for the host lubricating oil to circulate to each lubrication point of the machine before starting operation.


5. Turn on the air compressor. After the air in the compressor reaches the set value (automatic stop), slowly open the air valve of the air compressor to supply air to the main engine.


6. Check if there is any foreign matter on the equipment and between the rollers, and drive the vehicle in positive or negative.


7. After cleaning the surface of the roller, install the blanket and PS plate, install the roller brush, and install and adjust the pressure of the ink roller. Place the water tank pH meter probe, check the set water parameters, set the check water circulation, and check the pressure of the metering roller and the water fountain roller.


8. Slowly move the machine for 1 hour, check the movement of the ink roller, water roller, clutch pressure and other attachments, and check the sound of the deflation when listening to the action of each solenoid valve to confirm that it is working properly. Other preparations can be made while the machine is running slowly.


9. Check that the machine is in the low speed state and confirm that the current meter reading on the main panel is the same as the reading when the unit is stopped before the holiday.


10. Install a new film (replace the film at every four months).


11. After finishing the above boot preparation work, you can start printing.
