In fact, the quality of the corrugated carton typesetting work is directly related to the product quality of corrugated carton printing and the efficiency of printing, and its importance cannot be ignored.
At present, the layout work of many corrugated carton enterprises has the following common problems: the printing plate base tearing, the printing tape, and the typesetting temperature are cold in winter and hot in summer, which leads to aging deformation of the printing plate and the like.
In the storage, storage and storage environment of the printing plate, corrugated box enterprises must strengthen on-site management and fully implement 5S, that is, finishing, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and literacy. The production of the hanging frame is fixed and positioned according to the frequency of use of the printing plate, and is regularly arranged, and the printed version that has expired is processed in time, so that the printing plate is stored in order, creating and maintaining a comfortable and clean working environment.
When formatting, the paste of the hanging strip must be aligned with the edge of the hanging base. At present, domestic corrugated box enterprises generally adopt the traditional process of fixing the hanging strips on the hanging plate base by the adhesive tape, so that the printing plate is often used during the long-term suspension and preservation process, because of the relative hanging strips. In order to change this phenomenon, some corrugated box enterprises began to use cold welding technology to fuse and cool the hanging strips and the hanging sheet base joint materials, so that the hanging strips are firmly welded to the hanging plate base at one time, ensuring The hanging strip is positioned stably. At the same time, in order to prevent the hanging plate base near the two ends of the hanging strip from tearing after being stressed, a fiber tape is generally added for reinforcement.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the typesetting, drawing the standard line is the basis of typesetting, which is highly valued. If the reference drawing is not good, it will lead to deviations in the future work, and there will be problems with the layout position or overprinting. There are two main baselines, one is the vertical centerline when hanging the plate, this baseline must be drawn from the upper edge of the layout to the lower edge; the other is the horizontal zero line, that is, the corrugated box of the corrugated box. After the reference line is drawn, draw the upper flap line, the box height line and the lower flap line according to the size of the corrugated box. When drawing lines, you must not forget to reduce the size in the circumferential direction of the hanging plate, but do not need to shrink the horizontal direction. Pay attention to whether the edges of the printing plate are tilted, the small characters fall off, the tape is dropped, and the paper is damaged. If any of the above occurs, take remedial measures immediately.
At present, most corrugated box enterprises still use artificial scribing to determine the position of the layout, so that the positional deviation that occurs is large. Some companies use simple tooling to locate the sections of each layout, which works well. The main purpose is to use the projection principle and the method of directly printing the positioning line on the printed film base to determine the position of the layout, and the layout precision is high.
