It is not easy to faithfully copy colors using printing methods. Because the general four-color printing technology has certain limitations, the color gamut range of the copied color is affected by the printing method, the paper and the ink combination, and the copying technology requires a full-tone picture to be converted into half. Toned pictures can be printed. These factors greatly weaken the gamut of the copied colors.
Color scientists have been conducting research to find a complete method of color reproduction. In the offset printing, they add a layer of color to the general four-color printing (C, Y, M, K), and then print it in five colors; add another layer of color to six-color printing; even seven colors. print. These extra colors, of course, expand the gamut of the copied colors, but what color is right?
