A PZ4880-01B four-color machine has an abnormal phenomenon of electric pull plate, which has a great impact on the loading time and product quality. We checked the input and output points of the PLC control electric pull plate, 24V switching power supply, pull plate relay, pull plate motor, and pull plate related circuit. Through inspection, it was found that the load capacity of the 24V switching power supply was deteriorated, and the output voltage of 24V was detected by the digital voltmeter. However, the voltage of the electric pull-up plate immediately dropped to about 16V, and the display light of the machine also became dark. In order to accurately determine whether there is a problem with the 24V switching power supply, remove it from the main electrical box, the input terminal is connected to 220V voltage, the output terminal is connected to the load, a 51Ω, 50W resistor, and a 3~5A ammeter is connected in series, and the result is detected. It was found that the voltage had dropped to about 16V at a current of 0.5A, and the C3459 switch tube was hot. It is suspected that the tube has a problem. Since the original type of triode was not purchased, it was replaced with C4111, but the fault was still not eliminated. It is also suspected that the switching tube is insufficiently energized, so the D1207 triode of the push tube is removed, and the triode C2271 is replaced, the fault is eliminated, and the temperature of the switch tube is also restored to normal.
After analysis, the load of this switching power supply has two ways: one is the display light of the whole machine, and the other is the electric drawing plate. The main cause of the electric pull plate is abnormal due to the poor load capacity of the 24V switching power supply.
