When a conventional printer changes the print size, the entire insert needs to be replaced, and a variable sleeve size offset printing technique (VSOP) is used. Just change 2 sleeves. In the past, sleeves have improved the level of flexographic technology, and now VSOP has brought its success to the field of offset printing technology. It allows the offset press to flexibly change sleeves of any size, making it easy and quick to change the printing scale of printed products. VSOP printing is suitable for cardboard carton packaging, flexible packaging (paper, plastic film and aluminum film packaging), as well as printing labels, inserts and commercial printing. Its characteristics are as follows:

(1) VSOP sleeve size can be changed infinitely: 381mm--762mrn, printing conversion requires only a few simple steps;

(2) Due to the use of offset printing, the price and supply time of the printing plate are far cheaper and faster than flexo and gravure printing;

(3) Sleeve and offset printing plates are low in cost and fast in delivery time, even if the printing house is used for short-run printing. The delivery time of the sleeve can be completed in 2 weeks and the maneuverability is very strong. The VSOP uses a Xuan sleeve, which is quick and user-friendly;

(4) VSOP provides a complete solution for a variety of printed materials, coupled with the development of UV drying technology, so that the production process is extremely low.
