This type of failure is often referred to as a boring car. Especially when printing thicker paper, there are many such failures. The main cause of the boring car is the improper adjustment of the paper stack or the paper feeding device, and at the same time the double controller and the paper feed safety bar are improperly adjusted or malfunctioned. In addition, the front gauge detection circuit is not working properly, so that the skewed paper enters the printing cylinder and overlaps and sticks on the blanket, or the paper stack automatic ascending mechanism loses control, which may cause the offset printing machine to suffocate the vehicle.
After the boring car occurs, the pressure should be removed as soon as possible, and the paper in the static pressure state can be taken out of the drum, which can reduce the shaft diameter deformation and the blanket damage. Since a plurality of sheets of paper enter the drum, the elastic blanket produces a large convex hull before and after the pressed area. This convex hull causes a great resistance to the drum to rotate forward or backward, and the paper is detached from the drum. difficult. At this point, according to the amount of paper entering the drum and the position of the boring car, the following method can be used to solve:
1. Manually cranking with the cranking arm After the car is suffocated, the machine can be used to push the machine out of the pressed state. When the paper can not be removed from the pressed state, the manual turning can be used to force the paper out of the drum by external force. There are not many paper feeds, and this method can be used.
2. Manual pressure release, remove pressure If the manual drive does not allow the paper to exit the drum (the disk does not move), you can use the large hexagonal screw on the clutch shaft of the rubber roller to move the rubber roller out of pressure.
3. Increase the center distance of the roller to reduce the pressure. When the above method cannot be eliminated, the center distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder can be increased, and the boring can be eliminated. That is, the rubber roller regulator is rotated by a wrench, the angle of the outer eccentric sleeve is changed, the distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder is increased, the pressure is reduced, and the paper is taken out of the drum. This method can be used in situations where the vehicle is not too severe.
4. Change the angle of the eccentric sleeve in the blanket cylinder, remove the pressure. When the roller feeds more, the boring phenomenon is serious, and the pressure regulation is not adjusted, the more effective method is to change the angle of the eccentric sleeve in the blanket cylinder by external force. pressure. The steps are as follows: firstly, the pull plate connected to the coaxial sleeve of the rubber roller clutch shaft is removed, and the copper rod or the iron rod is used to align the concave portion of the sleeve edge, and the operating surface and the transmission surface bushing are simultaneously tapped with the hammer, and the external force is applied. Change the eccentric angle in the blanket cylinder to reduce the pressure and exit the paper. Note that the tapping direction of the roller should not be mistaken when tapping, and the copper bar should not be aligned with the small shaft position of the bushing to avoid damage to the eccentric bushing.
5. Remove the eccentric sleeve in the blanket cylinder. When the number of paper feed in the drum is not large, causing the smoldering car to be seriously removed by the above method, the eccentric sleeve in the blanket cylinder must be removed to make the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder out of pressure. The method is: 1 First use the rubber roller on both ends of the rubber roller, and the cork is solidified and plugged to fix its position. 2 Remove the gears and other components and mark them. When removing the bushings, they must be carried out at the same time on the driving surface and the operating surface to avoid deformation of the drum shaft diameter.
Regardless of which of the above methods is used to eliminate the "boring car" accident, it must be noted that it must be quickly eliminated when a car accident occurs, so as not to cause irreparable damage to the roller shaft diameter and the drum surface over a long period of the drum overpressure; Large or too strong, avoid using the method of lengthening tools; when excluding, you can try it according to the situation; after the exclusion, check the radial runout of the drum with a dial gauge to judge the damage degree of the parts and decide whether to reuse. Finally, be sure to recalibrate the pressure between the rollers.
