Computer host cleaning

The CP2000 mainframe must be thoroughly cleaned every year. Open the chassis, first seal the air holes of the main hard disk and the sub-hard disk, and clean the whole machine before opening it.

Oil pan and fuselage groove cleaning

Remove the pedals and all shields every year to clean waste oil, paper scraps and other debris in the oil pan and fuselage grooves.

Printing machine drive side cleaning

Every 5 years, the drive side with sealant, which is next to the oil pump, must be actively disassembled for a thorough cleaning. Check the dredge of each automatic refueling pipe, such as the refueling point of each roller bearing and chain, to prevent the phenomenon of no oil being caused due to problems such as looseness, extrusion, deformation, and jamming. Pay attention to check the inner seal ring and replace it immediately if it is aging.

Main motor cleaning

The main motor and its vicinity must be thoroughly cleaned every 5 years to be clean, dust-free and easy to dissipate. The encoders and brake discs should be removed every two years. Carefully clean and carefully install them. Note that the encoder must be installed correctly. The smaller the radial runout, the better.

Water roller, ink roller maintenance

Each month, a group of water rollers and ink rollers were removed from the printing press, rubbed with a deep build-up paste, then coated with a caulking paste of approximately 1 mm thick, cured overnight, and scraped off on the second day. After the cleaning is completed, reinstall the water roller and the ink roller. Check the lubrication of both bearings at the time of installation. If the lubrication is not smooth, replace the roller immediately. The heads and ink holders of each water roller and ink roller are lubricated with grease. The water roller, ink roller bracket and the inside of the wall plate must be carefully cleaned, including adjacent cylinders.

Computer maintenance

The computer configured on the machine should be used correctly. The protective film cannot be attached to the touch screen. Sharp objects such as nails cannot be used to click. After the main power is turned on, the computer needs to be started and self-checked, and the buttons must be activated after the computer display screen enters the main operation interface. Otherwise, computer calculations, judgment errors, and crashes are easily caused. Don't press the button all the time while the power is on, otherwise it may easily cause the computer to make mistakes. The buttons of the new Hyderabad machines are touch buttons. Unlike the models before 2000, pressing the buttons hard can also damage the buttons. The electronic operation control system CP2000 should be shut down once every 2 days and wait 10 minutes before restarting. It should be noted that if the voltage is unstable, it is better to provide a separate control system with UPS power.

Maintenance of the alcohol cabinet system

Alcohol concentration in the alcohol cabinet must be less than 15%, otherwise it will stop protection. Conductivity to 1800s/m will need to be updated fountain solution (fluid conductivity conductivity is preferably 800 ~ 1300s/m). Each month, use the water tank circulating cleaner to clean the alcohol cabinet for more than 4 hours, then release the circulating detergent, and then wash it with clean water twice. In particular, the cleaning of the auxiliary tank must be thoroughly cleaned once every 3 days. The filter cotton should be cleaned and rinsed every day, and the quality of the filter cotton should be guaranteed.

Clean the heat sink on the alcohol cabinet weekly with several floats. When cleaning the float, be careful not to force the root of the connecting rod, and the heat sink cannot be flushed with water. The solenoid valve on the alcohol measuring device is cleaned by professional personnel, pay attention to the direction of the original work when operating, can not be reversed. In addition, the monthly observation of whether the refrigerant is sufficient, or need to add refrigerant. When adding the refrigerant, the refrigerant compressor can be changed at the same time (synthetic refrigeration oil Solest LT-32). If there is a problem with the drying tank, it is recommended to replace it together.
