The maintenance of the printing press mainly includes cleaning and lubrication. Regular maintenance can reduce mechanical wear and energy waste.
Servo motor cleaning and lubrication
Open the cover, drill into the printing press, find out the dozens of small motors inside, clean and lubricate the drive screw of each servo motor, check each butter filling point, and immediately replace the filling point that cannot add butter.
Oil filter replacement and cleaning
About each printing unit needs 15 liters of 150# high-grade engine oil to clean the bottom of the tank, the suction port and the oil pump. Note that when replacing the oil, a new oil filter must be replaced. The old oil filter must never be washed before use.
Main air cabinet cleaning
The air pump at the bottom of the main air cabinet is replaced once every year (100#). Observe the location of the oil window once a month and make up for the lack of oil. The main air cabinet and the main compressor cabinet must be checked and opened once a week. Clean the vacuum cleaner with compressed air. The circuit board on the side of the main air cabinet shall be thoroughly cleaned once every six months, including the attached sound-proof sponge, air-cooled channel, filter, air-cooled fan blade and so on.
Main air pressure cabinet cleaning
Open the two doors of the main air compressor, push the compressed air gun into the fins of the compressor cooler, and disassemble the three “10” screws to clean the air-cooled part of the host head. The intake air ring filter is cleaned once a week, updated every 6 months. Manually release all the gas in the tank during each shift so that the water can be completely drained. In addition, the Atlas air compressor in it needs to be filled with four grease eyes with a special high-pressure grease gun. Take care to wear a dust cap during operation.
Main electric cabinet cleaning
Use a brush with a vacuum cleaner to clean the central panel of the printer and the circuit board under the console, and replace the damaged air filter. The side of the main switchgear with the gate should also be cleaned.
When cleaning the circuit, it must be equipped with an anti-static bracelet. If conditions do not allow, you can use a bare copper wire wrapped around your wrist and the other end to the PE cable. Use a special hair dryer to blow or disinfect the electrostatic brush with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use compressed air to clean the compressor because the compressor sometimes produces water and sometimes the air is too strong.
