1. First check if the film is diced. Generally, the surface of the film is fixed before the fixing, and the dicing base is a white line after the fixing or the fixing. The film that has not passed through the imagesetter is directly put into the punching machine for flushing. If the black line is out, the problem is that it is in the film feeding port and the developing tank of the punching machine. Carefully wipe the film opening and carefully clean the rollers in the tank until the black roller is cleaned. No black lines appear (it is best not to use cleaning agents).
2. After the problem is solved on the tablet machine, the non-wire puncher checks whether the clip is diced. The film that has not been photographed can be poured into the take-up clip, and then sent to the punching machine for rinsing. There is a black line to indicate the problem of the clip. The two screws on the clip can be unscrewed, and the take-up clip can be opened. The sheet roll exits the sheet until the black line disappears.
3. After the above two cases are excluded, you need to check the feed clip. It is also possible to take a new roll of film directly, without rinsing the film into the punching machine through the photographic machine. If there is no black line, it means that the film is slid and wiped.
4. Finally, the black line of the photo-aligning machine itself needs to wipe all the guide rollers, that is, check the cutter. At this time, you can also contact the domestic office of Screen.
5. In addition, except for the film punching machine, other conditions are caused by static electricity. If the indoor humidity is increased, it is possible to solve the problem. Try it, especially when the black line disappears or decreases when the indoor floor is wet. Increase indoor humidity.
