Analysis causes the cause of this problem, there may be the following:
1, not using the specified glue or glue is too thick
2, uneven coating
3, the drying temperature is too high
4, after exposure to the glare
5, store in high temperature and high humidity environment after plate making
The following measures are recommended:
1, use Fuji Starlight accessory product PP-I type PS version protection glue (manual) or PP-IIxxxx type PS version protection glue (machine)
2, dilute the glue properly
3, hand-coated glue to be smooth and dry
4, set the drying temperature below 60 degrees
5, prevent contact after coating
6, do not store in high temperature and high humidity environment
