1. First confirm which color group is sticky, and there is no rule to follow.

2. If it is a single color group, see if the position is fixed. If the fixing is mostly due to the wear of the impression cylinder or the rear transfer roller (or the tooth pad), the paper may be weak or the tooth rust may cause the dead tooth. The other reason is that the paper is transferred for too long during the transfer process, and the paper is caused by tearing.

Solution: increase the pressure of the tooth; activate the braces; replace the pad; recalibrate the handover time according to the standard requirements.

3. If there are several color groups with different degrees of sticky paper (especially in the third and fourth color groups), and the position is not fixed, most of them are caused by poor paper feeding (mostly the paper is not in place); Or the positioning and handover time is too short; the other is that there is a loss of control when the transfer paper and the roller are handed over to the paper;
